Grilled Pork Medallions with Mango Salsa

three pork medallions cut from the tenderloin, grilled and served with a mango salsa and a raspberry seduction sauce

Filet Mignon Wild Mushrooms

a 6 ounce filet, grilled and served on a bed of wild mushrooms with Bordelaise sauce
