How to Get to The Oaks

From Springfield
Follow IL 97 north to Petersburg. Turn left on Douglas, and you will see the Oaks on your right atop the hill four blocks ahead.

From the south
I-55 North to the Williamsville exit. Follow the signs for New Salem. Go North on IL 29 to IL 123. Go West on IL 123 to IL 97. Then follow the directions above.

From the north or east
Follow IL 123 or 97 to Petersburg. At the intersection of IL 123 & IL 97, go south on IL 97. Douglas is two blocks south of the intersection. Turn right on Douglas, and you will see the Oaks on your right atop the hill four blocks away.

Note: Regular guests of the Oaks should note that our previous Sheridan Street entrance is closed as part of a renovation of our grounds. Please use the Douglas Street entrance (located one block south of Sheridan,) which is the historically correct entrance for this property. Google Maps and Mapquest will bring you to our Inn, but they still do not show the current Douglas Street entrance.
