Reservations and Payment 

Advance deposit of one night’s lodging is required to confirm reservations.  Weddings and other whole house rentals require a 50% non-refundable deposit. 

We accept cash, traveler’s and personal checks, VISA, MasterCard, and Discover cards.

Cancellations 

Your deposit will be refunded if cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to arrival.  For special events, your deposit will be refunded if cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to arrival.  Cancellations of weddings and whole house rentals will result in forfeiture of the entire deposit.  A $15 per room service charge fee will be applied to all cancellations.  We will make every effort to rent the room, and if we are able to rent it we will return your deposit, less the service charge.   

Discounts 

We extend a 10% AARP discount and a 10% Military Discount.  Stay 2 nights and get the 3rd night FREE! (Sunday through Thursday)
